Before you begin
- Make sure AI is configured in the workspace
- Open the template workflow that supports AI drafting
- Know the goal, audience, and CTA for the template
Step by step
- Open Outreach > Templates and start a new template workflow.
- If AI drafting is available in your workspace, open the template AI flow.
- Describe the goal, audience, and brand direction clearly.
- Review the generated structure, subject, preview text, and copy.
- Apply only the parts that improve the template, then finish the design manually.
Template AI can be workspace-dependent. Some environments expose it directly in the editor, while others keep it gated or disabled until AI configuration is ready.
What happens next
Once the AI draft is applied, you can keep editing the template with the visual tools you already use. That keeps AI as the accelerator, not the final authority.
