Before you begin

  • Launch a campaign with Track opens enabled
  • Make sure the campaign uses a public tracking base URL

Step by step

  1. Turn on Track opens in the campaign settings flow.
  2. Send a test email to confirm the message renders correctly.
  3. Launch the campaign.
  4. Review open counts and open rate in analytics.
  5. Compare opens against replies to understand whether attention is turning into real engagement.

What happens next

When a recipient loads the email in a way that triggers the pixel, WorkOnward Reach records the open and feeds that data into campaign reporting and analytics.
