Common duplication workflows
Target a new audience
- Duplicate a proven campaign
- Change the contact list to a new segment
- Keep the same sequence and settings
- Launch
Test a different approach
- Duplicate a campaign
- Modify the sequence (different subject lines, different copy)
- Keep the same audience type (different list)
- Compare results
Scale up
- Duplicate a successful small campaign
- Assign a larger contact list
- Increase the daily send cap
- Add more mailboxes for rotation
Export campaign data
For completed campaigns, export enrollment and engagement data:
- Open the campaign
- Click Export
- Download the CSV with contact-level data (sent, opened, clicked, replied, bounced)
Use this data for external analysis or to build new lists from engaged contacts.
Tips
- Don’t edit the original — Always duplicate before making changes to a campaign you want to preserve
- Name duplicates clearly — “Q2 founders outreach - v2” tells you it’s an iteration
- Compare campaigns side by side — Use Analytics to see which version performed better
