  2. Click the more options menu on any campaign
  3. Select Duplicate
  4. A new campaign is created in Draft status with all the original settings

Test a different approach

  1. Duplicate a campaign
  2. Modify the sequence (different subject lines, different copy)
  3. Keep the same audience type (different list)
  4. Compare results

Scale up

  1. Duplicate a successful small campaign
  2. Assign a larger contact list
  3. Increase the daily send cap
  4. Add more mailboxes for rotation

Export campaign data

For completed campaigns, export enrollment and engagement data:

  1. Open the campaign
  2. Click Export
  3. Download the CSV with contact-level data (sent, opened, clicked, replied, bounced)

Use this data for external analysis or to build new lists from engaged contacts.

Tips

  • Don’t edit the original — Always duplicate before making changes to a campaign you want to preserve
  • Name duplicates clearly — “Q2 founders outreach - v2” tells you it’s an iteration
  • Compare campaigns side by side — Use Analytics to see which version performed better
