What’s a sequence?
A sequence is an ordered series of email steps with timed delays between them. When a contact is enrolled in a campaign, they move through the sequence one step at a time:
Step 1: Initial outreach → Wait 3 days →
Step 2: Follow-up → Wait 5 days →
