Review Tracking Settings
Understand how engagement tracking is controlled across your workspace. WorkOnward Reach supports open and click tracking, plus tracking-related safeguards, even when the visible controls live outside a single settings panel.
Before you begin
- Open Settings
- Review at least one campaign setup flow
- Confirm your public app URL and tracking environment are configured correctly
Step by step
- Review your workspace defaults with your admin or configuration owner.
- Open a campaign creation flow to check the visible Track opens and Track clicks controls.
- Confirm your workspace uses a valid public app URL for tracked links and open pixels.
- Launch test sends before you rely on engagement data.
- Watch campaign analytics for unexpected gaps or diagnostics.
What tracking covers
- Open tracking through a tracking pixel
- Click tracking through link rewriting
- Workspace-level tracking defaults
- Bounce and complaint alert thresholds in the underlying workspace configuration
The current Settings page does not expose a dedicated self-serve tracking editor. In practice, tracking behavior is driven by campaign-level switches and workspace configuration.
What happens next
Once tracking is configured correctly, WorkOnward Reach can record opens, clicks, and downstream engagement for campaigns and analytics. That data becomes the feedback loop for subject lines, copy, and list quality.
Tips
- Never use a local or private URL as the tracking base for production sends
- Test tracked emails before a large launch
- Investigate missing opens or clicks alongside workspace configuration and campaign settings
