Inspect Contact Analytics

Move from campaign trends to person-level evidence. Contact analytics lets you see who replied, who completed, and what happened across each outreach touchpoint.

Before you begin

  • Open Outreach > Analytics
  • Have at least one campaign row with contact activity

Step by step

  1. In the Campaign Performance table, click Contacts on the campaign you want to inspect.
  2. Review the contact list inside the drilldown modal.
  3. Filter the list by status such as Active, Replied, Completed, Bounced, or Unsubscribed.
  4. Select a contact to open their activity timeline.
  5. Review sends, replies, timestamps, and status changes before deciding what to change.

What you can learn from the drilldown

  • Which contacts actually replied
  • Which contacts completed the sequence without responding
  • Whether a bounce or unsubscribe affected delivery
  • How a single contact moved through the campaign over time

What happens next

Contact analytics turns summary metrics into concrete examples. That makes it easier to validate whether your campaign issue is message quality, audience quality, or follow-up timing.

  • Use the Replied filter when you want examples of what worked
  • Use Bounced and Unsubscribed to audit list hygiene and compliance
  • Review a few contact timelines before changing a campaign based on one metric alone
