Reply to Leads
Reply while the conversation is fresh. WorkOnward Reach lets you answer directly inside the outreach inbox so the thread stays connected to campaign and contact context.
Before you begin
- Connect a mailbox with send access
- Open a reply thread in Outreach > Inbox
- Confirm the thread is still active and does not need to stay closed
Step by step
- Click a thread in the inbox list.
- Review the previous messages in the thread history.
- Scroll to the reply composer in the detail pane.
- Write your response in plain text.
- Click Send Reply to send the message inside the same conversation.
What the reply composer does
- Sends your response on the active thread
- Preserves the conversation history for future review
- Keeps the reply attached to the original outreach context
- Surfaces send errors directly in the composer if delivery fails
What happens next
After a successful send, the reply stays attached to the thread and the conversation remains available in the inbox. You can keep the thread open for more work or close it once the exchange is resolved.
Tips
- Keep replies short and specific so the conversation keeps moving
- Read the whole thread before answering to avoid asking for details you already have
- If a lead is no longer a fit, close the thread cleanly after you respond
