Review Campaign Metrics

Compare campaigns side by side and find out which launch deserves attention next. The campaign table turns raw delivery data into a clear operating view.

Before you begin

  • Open Outreach > Analytics
  • Send enough volume to collect campaign-level performance data

Step by step

  1. Scroll to the Campaign Performance section.
  2. Review each campaign’s status, enrollment total, sends, and engagement rates.
  3. Compare Open %, Click %, Reply %, and Bounced side by side.
  4. Use the period selector at the top of the page to keep comparisons inside the same reporting window.
  5. Open a contact drilldown for any campaign that needs deeper investigation.

Metrics to watch first

  • Sent: how much real volume the campaign generated
  • Open %: whether your subject line and sender setup are getting attention
  • Click %: whether your call to action is strong enough to earn action
  • Reply %: whether your message is creating conversation
  • Bounced: whether list quality or mailbox health needs work

What happens next

Strong metrics tell you where to scale. Weak metrics tell you where to adjust message, audience, or sequence structure before the next batch of sends goes out.

Tips

  • Do not compare tiny campaigns against large ones without checking send volume
  • A strong open rate with a weak reply rate usually points to body copy, not targeting
  • A rising bounce count is a signal to audit list quality quickly
