Set Up Your Workspace

Your workspace settings power every feature in WorkOnward Reach — from campaign scheduling to email branding. Set them once and they apply everywhere.


The onboarding wizard

After creating your account, WorkOnward Reach walks you through a guided setup. Here’s what each step configures:

Step 1: Welcome

Confirm your name and email. This is the identity associated with your workspace.

Step 2: Business details

  • Company name — Appears in email footers for CAN-SPAM compliance
  • Company address — Required by law in every marketing email you send
  • Support email — Where recipients can reach you

Compliance note: A physical mailing address is required by CAN-SPAM regulations. WorkOnward Reach automatically includes it in your email footers.

Step 3: Sending defaults

  • Default “From” name — The sender name your contacts see (e.g., “Sarah from Acme”)
  • Default reply-to email — Where replies go when someone responds to your outreach
  • Timezone — Controls when your campaigns send. Choose the timezone where most of your recipients are located.

Step 4: Brand basics

  • Logo URL — Your company logo for email headers
  • Primary color — Used for buttons and links in your emails

Can I change these later?

Absolutely. Everything you configure during onboarding can be updated anytime in Settings.
