  1. Start with General to confirm support email and timezone.
  2. Set Sending defaults for sender name and reply-to behavior.
  3. Fill in Compliance details so legal footer information stays accurate.
  4. Update Brand Defaults to keep templates visually consistent.
  5. Review AI Defaults so generated content matches your voice.
