Manage Every Reply
Keep your outreach moving after the send. The outreach inbox brings replies, classification, and thread context into one workspace so you can act fast without jumping between tools.
Before you begin
- Launch at least one campaign so replies can flow into the inbox
- Connect a mailbox that can send and receive outreach replies
- Make sure your campaign uses reply handling and mailbox routing correctly
Step by step
- Go to Outreach > Inbox.
- Start in the default Open view to focus on active conversations.
- Scan the thread list for unread items, campaign context, contact names, and AI classifications.
- Click a thread to open the full conversation and review contact, campaign, and enrollment details.
- Reply, mark threads read, or close conversations once they are handled.
What you can do in the outreach inbox
- Work from Open, Unread, All, and Closed views
- Review AI reply classifications such as positive, neutral, out of office, or unsubscribe
- Filter conversations by campaign to stay focused on one launch at a time
- Reply inside the thread without leaving WorkOnward Reach
- Keep campaign and contact context visible while you respond
What happens next
Your inbox becomes the handoff point between outbound sending and real conversations. Once a lead replies, you can read the full thread, respond in context, and decide whether the thread should stay active or move out of your queue.
Tips
- Start each session in Unread if you want a quick triage pass
- Use campaign filtering when you are monitoring a launch closely
- Close threads after resolution so your open queue stays clean
