Update General Settings

Keep workspace basics accurate so everything else inherits the right defaults. General settings control support contact details and the timezone used across your workspace.

Before you begin

  • Open Settings
  • Make sure you know which support email and timezone your team should use

Step by step

  1. In Settings, open the General section.
  2. Enter the Support email your team wants to show and use across the workspace.
  3. Choose the correct Timezone from the dropdown.
  4. Review the values for accuracy.
  5. Click Save changes.

What happens next

The workspace keeps those values available for other parts of WorkOnward Reach, including onboarding defaults, workspace communications, and send-time scheduling context.

Tips

  • Use a real shared inbox for support email, not a personal address
  • Keep the timezone aligned with your operating hours and send windows
  • Recheck timezone before launching campaigns with strict timing rules
