Send a test email
- Open your campaign (in Draft or Active status)
- Click Send Test
- Enter the email address to receive the test (usually your own)
- Choose which sequence step to test
- Click Send
The test email arrives in your inbox within seconds.
What to check in the test

Test with merge variables
Test emails resolve merge variables using placeholder data or a selected contact’s real data. This helps you verify personalization works correctly.

- Forward the test to a colleague — Fresh eyes catch mistakes you miss
- Test every step — Don’t just test Step 1. Check all steps in the sequence.
