Add Compliance Details
Keep required business details ready before you send. Compliance settings store the company name and address used across WorkOnward Reach’s legal and footer workflows.
Before you begin
- Open Settings
- Have your current legal company name and mailing address ready
Step by step
- Open the Compliance section in Settings.
- Enter your Company name exactly as you want it used in workspace defaults.
- Enter the full Company address.
- Review the information for accuracy.
- Click Save changes.
What happens next
WorkOnward Reach can reuse these values in templates, unsubscribe flows, and marketing footer behavior so you do not have to rewrite them every time you launch a campaign.
Tips
- Use a valid physical or mailing address that satisfies your compliance policy
- Keep the company name consistent with your outward-facing brand
- Update these details as soon as legal or business information changes
