Configure AI Settings

Give WorkOnward Reach a consistent writing point of view. AI settings let you define the brand voice used across supported AI-assisted workflows.

Before you begin

  • Open Settings
  • Decide how you want WorkOnward Reach AI to sound across campaigns and templates

Step by step

  1. Open the AI Defaults section in Settings.
  2. Write a short Brand voice description that matches your outreach style.
  3. Review the Gemini configuration status callout.
  4. Save your changes.
  5. Use that voice in supported AI workflows across outreach and templates.

What happens next

When AI is configured for your workspace, the brand voice becomes reusable context for drafting, refining, and personalization workflows. That helps AI-generated content sound closer to your actual team.

If Gemini is not configured in your workspace, AI drafting and related features may stay unavailable until an admin adds the required environment configuration.

Tips

  • Keep brand voice concrete: tone, audience, and preferred style matter more than slogans
  • Revisit the prompt after reviewing a few real AI outputs
  • Use the same voice across templates, campaigns, and subject-line generation for consistency
