How it works
- You provide a brief describing your email goal
- AI generates a complete template with subject line, body structure, and content
- You review, edit, and refine until it’s perfect
Create an AI-generated template
Step by step
- Navigate to Outreach > Templates
- Click New Template
- Click Generate with AI (or open the AI panel in Template Studio)
- Fill in the brief:

Refine with AI
Not quite right? Use the AI refinement tools:
- Refine — Ask AI to adjust the tone, length, or focus
- Apply instruction — Give a specific instruction to modify a section (e.g., “Make the opening more personal”)
- Chat — Have a multi-turn conversation with AI to iterate on the template
AI respects your brand. If you’ve configured a brand voice in Settings, AI-generated content automatically matches your brand’s tone and style.
AI generates subject lines too
Along with the email body, AI creates:
- A primary subject line
- Subject line variants — Alternative options to choose from or A/B test
Brand context
AI uses your workspace settings to maintain brand consistency:
- Brand voice — Your configured voice description
- Colors and fonts — From your brand defaults
- Logo — Included in template headers automatically
Tips
- Be specific in your brief — “Book a demo with VP-level SaaS buyers” produces better results than “Get meetings”
- Iterate with chat — Use the AI chat for back-and-forth refinement
- Combine AI with manual editing — Let AI create the first draft, then add your personal touch
- Save successful templates — When AI generates a winner, save it as a reusable template
