  • Sequence: a reusable multi-step email flow with delays between steps
  • Template: reusable email content used inside sequences or campaigns
  • Contact: one person record with email, status, fields, and history
  • List: a grouped audience segment used for campaign enrollment
  • Mailbox: a connected sending and inbox account with read or send capabilities
  • Delivery account: a send-focused account used for outbound delivery workflows
  • Outreach Inbox: the reply workspace for campaign conversations
  • Chat Inbox: the AI-assisted conversational inbox for searching and reading email data
  • Enrollment: a contact’s progress through a campaign sequence
  • Step funnel: step-by-step performance data on a campaign detail view
  • Open tracking: pixel-based measurement of email opens
  • Click tracking: redirect-based measurement of CTA clicks
  • Reply classification: AI-assigned intent label for inbound outreach replies
  • AI personalization: send-time adjustment of subject or opening copy per recipient
