Understand AI Classification

See intent faster and prioritize the replies that matter. WorkOnward Reach classifies inbound outreach replies so you can move straight to the conversations that need action.

Before you begin

  • Open Outreach > Inbox
  • Make sure reply classification is available in your workspace
  • Have reply traffic from at least one outreach campaign

Step by step

  1. Go to Outreach > Inbox.
  2. Review the classification badge on each thread in the list or detail view.
  3. Use classification filters to narrow the inbox to a specific type of reply.
  4. Open the thread and confirm the classification matches the actual message.
  5. Reply, close, or escalate the thread based on the lead’s intent.

Classification categories

  • Positive: the lead is interested or wants to continue
  • Neutral: the lead responded but intent is unclear
  • Negative: the lead is not interested
  • Out of office: the response is automatic or temporary
  • Unsubscribe: the lead wants to stop receiving outreach
  • Unclassified: no reliable class was assigned yet

Review unsubscribe and negative replies directly before taking action. AI speeds up triage, but the thread itself remains the source of truth.

What happens next

Classification helps you sort the inbox by urgency. Positive replies can move to active follow-up, unsubscribe requests can move to compliance handling, and out-of-office responses can stay visible without distracting you from live opportunities.

Tips

  • Start with Positive when you want the highest-leverage queue first
  • Use Unsubscribe as a compliance review queue
  • Re-check Unclassified threads after new context arrives
