Work with the AI Email Assistant

Ask for what you need instead of clicking through your mailbox one screen at a time. Chat Inbox gives you a conversational way to search, read, and investigate email activity.

Before you begin

  • Connect an active mailbox with inbox access
  • Open Chat > Inbox
  • Make sure the mailbox you want to use is selected

Step by step

  1. Open Chat > Inbox.
  2. Select the mailbox you want the assistant to use.
  3. Ask a direct question such as “Show me recent replies from Acme” or “Find the last email from Sarah.”
  4. Watch the assistant stream its response and tool status updates.
  5. Keep refining the conversation until you get the email details or contact activity you need.
