Review Tracking Settings and Diagnostics
Protect the quality of your engagement data. WorkOnward Reach depends on correct tracking configuration to record opens and clicks reliably.
Before you begin
- Review your workspace configuration
- Open a campaign setup flow so you can inspect the tracking switches
- Send at least one tracked test email
Step by step
- Confirm your workspace uses a valid public app URL.
- Turn on Track opens and Track clicks only when the campaign should measure engagement.
- Send a test email and verify the CTA still lands on the correct destination.
- Review campaign detail and analytics pages for tracking results or warnings.
- Fix configuration issues before scaling the campaign.
What to verify
- Public tracking base URL
- Open and click tracking switches
- Analytics data arriving after sends
- No broken CTA destinations
- No tracking diagnostics about local or invalid URLs
A local or private tracking URL can break production reporting. If WorkOnward Reach warns you about tracking configuration, fix that before trusting the historical data.
What happens next
With tracking configured correctly, campaign reporting becomes a reliable input for copy, timing, and audience decisions. Without that setup, engagement numbers can look incomplete or misleading.
Tips
- Re-test tracking any time your app URL changes
- Validate clicks on both desktop and mobile
- Use campaign diagnostics as an early warning signal, not a postmortem tool
