  • Review at least one live or completed campaign

Step by step

  1. Start with Total Sent to understand actual volume.
  2. Read Open Rate as an attention signal, not a full measure of success.
  3. Use Reply Rate as the clearest indicator of message-market fit.
  4. Watch Bounce Rate to protect deliverability and list quality.
  5. Compare topline metrics with campaign and contact drilldowns before making changes.

Core definitions

  • Total Sent: how many outreach emails were actually sent in the selected period
  • Open Rate: the percentage of sent emails that registered an open
  • Reply Rate: the percentage of sent emails that received a reply
  • Bounce Rate: the percentage of sent emails that bounced
  • Enrolled: how many contacts entered the campaign

Open tracking is useful, but it is not perfect. Privacy protections and image prefetching can affect open counts, so treat reply and click behavior as stronger intent signals.
