Set Sending Defaults
Standardize sender identity before you launch anything. Sending defaults help your emails look consistent and make it easier for contacts to recognize and trust the sender.
Before you begin
- Open Settings
- Decide which sender name and reply-to email should represent the workspace
Step by step
- Open the Sending section in Settings.
- Set the Default from name that should appear across outreach workflows.
- Set the Default reply-to email where responses should land by default.
- Review the values next to your mailbox and campaign setup.
- Click Save changes.
What happens next
These defaults become the starting point for new sending workflows. They keep outreach consistent while still allowing campaign-specific mailbox routing where needed.
Tips
- Use a sender name contacts will immediately recognize
- Make sure the reply-to address is actively monitored
- Review campaign-specific mailbox settings when a launch needs a different sending identity
