Measure What Matters

See what your outreach is actually doing, not what you hope it is doing. WorkOnward Reach analytics combines topline metrics, campaign performance, and contact drilldowns so you can improve each send cycle.

Before you begin

  • Launch at least one campaign
  • Let emails send long enough to collect opens, clicks, replies, or bounces
  • Open Outreach > Analytics

Step by step

  1. Start with the metric cards at the top of the page for total sent, open rate, reply rate, and bounce rate.
  2. Change the reporting period if you want a shorter or longer window.
  3. Review the Campaign Performance table to compare results across campaigns.
  4. Open Contacts from a campaign row to inspect which people replied, completed, bounced, or unsubscribed.
  5. Use those insights to update templates, sequences, or targeting.

What the analytics page shows today

  • High-level sending and engagement metrics
  • Campaign-by-campaign performance summaries
  • Contact-level drilldowns from each campaign row
  • Status-based contact filtering inside the drilldown modal

What happens next

Analytics shows where your campaigns are working and where they are losing momentum. The fastest wins usually come from improving subject lines, tightening targeting, or refining the first two steps in a sequence.

Tips

  • Review analytics after every launch, not only at the end of a campaign
  • Compare bounce rate and reply rate together to spot list quality problems
  • Open the contact drilldown when a campaign looks unusual on the surface
