Filter and Narrow the Inbox

Find the right conversations without scanning every reply. WorkOnward Reach’s outreach inbox is filter-first, so you can move quickly by status, classification, and campaign.

Before you begin

  • Open Outreach > Inbox
  • Make sure you have replies from more than one thread or campaign

Step by step

  1. Use the view tabs to switch between Open, Unread, All, and Closed.
  2. Apply a classification filter to focus on a reply type such as Positive or Unsubscribe.
  3. Use the campaign filter to isolate replies from one campaign.
  4. Click into a thread once the list is narrowed to the queue you want to work.
  5. Change filters as your review goal changes throughout the day.

The current outreach inbox is designed around structured filters rather than a separate free-text search box. If you need broader mailbox discovery, use Chat Inbox.

Once your filters are set, your inbox becomes a focused working queue instead of a full archive. That makes it easier to prioritize replies from live campaigns and high-intent contacts first.

Tips

  • Use Unread for quick triage, then move to Open for active work
  • Keep campaign filters narrow when monitoring a fresh launch
  • Treat Closed as your reference queue, not your daily work queue
