Customize Brand Defaults
Make every email look like it came from the same team. Brand defaults define the visual system WorkOnward Reach uses as the baseline for templates and email content.
Before you begin
- Open Settings
- Gather your logo URL, preferred fonts, and brand colors
Step by step
- Open the Brand Defaults section in Settings.
- Add your Logo URL and Logo alt text.
- Set the Default template width and Button radius.
- Choose the Body font and Heading font.
- Update the color values for canvas, content, headings, body text, links, buttons, and dividers.
- Add an optional Footer default if your team uses a standard footer note.
- Click Save changes.
What happens next
These values become the default visual starting point for template creation and branded email content. That speeds up design work and keeps new assets aligned with the rest of your workspace.
Tips
- Use one font pair across all templates to keep the system easy to maintain
- Keep contrast strong enough for readability, especially in buttons and body text
- Treat footer text as a reusable default, not as a place for campaign-specific copy
